Some knowledge about "do it yourself", some good tools and a bit if imagination are enough to give a second life to an old furniture.

safari step by step

we found this rocking chair on the street


We take out the nails in order to remove the old piece of cloth


We clean carefully the whole piece


We sand the wood to remove the varnish and to let the surface totally even


We cover some cracks and holes with the wood putty


We paint with a new color


We knock in with nails the new piece of cloth


And our rocking chair is FINISHED!!!!!!!!!!
